What we collect: only what you type into a form on this site: your name, email, phone, business name, and what you tell us. If you take the Owner Dependence Score, your answers are saved only if you ask for your written read.

How we use it: to reply to you, to send your written read if you asked for it, and to send the quarterly owner letter only if you checked that box. If you join the letter, every one includes a link to unsubscribe.

Who sees it: Mark, and the companies that host this website, store our records, and send our emails, only as needed to provide those services. We never sell or share your information with anyone else.

Payments: when you pay us, payment is handled entirely by our payment processor through a secure link. We never see or store your card or bank details.

Cookies and tracking: this site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics trackers. Everything on its pages, including the typefaces, comes from this site. Like any website host, ours keeps short-term technical records, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site.
