Listed, and it didn't sell. Here's what happened, and what fixes it.

Your broker brought buyers. They looked, and they walked, or the one offer fell apart in due diligence. Now you have three choices: cut the price, take it off the market, or fix what made them walk. The Relisting Readiness Plan is for the third one.

From $3,000. Works alongside your broker, never in place of them.

What you get

The full picture of the business, under one cover:

  • What your business really earns, line by line, with the document behind every adjustment
  • Its range of value, and where it sits in that range today
  • How much more it could sell for at today's earnings
  • The 16 factors buyers and lenders look at, each scored against written standards you can read
  • Anything that could stop a sale
  • Whether a bank would finance a buyer at today's value, and at the price you last asked

Plus the half you only get after a listing that didn't sell:

  • Why it didn't sell. The listing, what buyers were shown, what they said, what happened to each offer, and what your broker and you each told us, side by side. Then our read: the causes, ranked, with the evidence.
  • A plan at three levels. Level 1 fixes what made buyers walk away. Level 2 fixes what pulled the price down. Level 3 rebuilds the value more fully, for an owner who can wait. Every step says what to do, why, who does it, roughly how long, and how you'll know it's done.
  • A relist checklist. What should be true before it goes back on the market, including the highest price a lender would finance on today's earnings.
  • A buyer objection sheet your broker can use with the next round of buyers.
  • A 60-minute meeting to walk through it. Bring your broker.

You pick who does the work

Every step in the plan says what to do, who should do it, and how you'll know it's done. Do it yourself, hand it to your team, give it to your nephew who's good with computers, or hire us for the pieces you want off your plate. Each step we can do has its own fixed price, set in writing before any work starts. You don't have to buy the whole list.

What we need from you

Permission to see everything buyers saw on the most recent listing: the listing package, the deal room, buyer feedback, and any offers. And two conversations: one with you, and one with your broker about why the sale didn't close. A listed business already has all of this; gathering it costs you nothing.

What it doesn't do

We don't review, price, or advise on any offer you have in hand. We don't set your asking price; that's your broker's job. We don't replace your broker, and we don't list your business.

For brokers

The listing didn't sell, the owner isn't ready to give up, and a price cut only goes so far. Refer the owner for a Relisting Readiness Plan. You keep the relisting. The plan tells you what changed, with the documents behind it, so the next round of buyers hears a different story. We earn nothing from the sale and never touch the deal.

What happens after

Carry out the plan yourself, with your broker, in the Owner Working Group (a completed plan is your way in, with no separate fee), or with us doing the pieces you choose.
